The Geelong Supercats Outstanding Service Award recognises outstanding contribution to the Club in a number of areas. Candidates must fill the following criteria:
- Player
- 100 Games and /or 5 years
- Club Most Valuable Player
- Outstanding contribution to the club in the role of team member.
- Volunteer
- Outstanding contribution to the club in the role of a volunteer
- Officials
- Board Director for minimum of 5 years
- Head Coach for a minimum of 5 years
- General Manager for a minimum of 5 years
- Outstanding contribution to the club in the role if official
- Sponsors
- Naming Rights Sponsor
- Major Sponsor for a minimum of 5 years
- Outstanding contribution to the Club in the role of a sponsor
